Evenflo All4One 4-in-1 Car Seat Recall

Evenflo is voluntarily recalling certain All4One and All4One DLX 4-in-1 car seats made between January 2022 and June 2024 and sold in the United States and Canada. The issue relates to the use of the car seat in the rear-facing position. Testing showed that when the seat is installed rear-facing, it may shift from one recline position to another during a crash. There have been no reports of injuries, and the issue does not negatively impact crash protection for a child secured in the car seat. However, there could be a risk of pinching if an adjacent passenger places their hands and/or fingers in the reclining mechanism of the car seat when it is being used rear-facing.

There are no risks associated with the All4One when it is used forward-facing or in booster mode, but the seat is still affected by the recall even if you’re not using it rear-facing.

Only the following model numbers are recalled:

  • 39312234: All4One DLX (Latitude Fashion)

To reiterate, only the model numbers listed above are recalled. If you have a car seat that is labeled as EveryFit/EveryKid/All4One, that is a completely different 3-in-1 car seat model with different model numbers. These 3-in-1 car seats are NOT RECALLED.

Ditto for any models named ALL4STAGES. It’s a completely different 4-in-1 car seat with a similar-sounding name, but these seats are also NOT RECALLED.

If your child is currently using a recalled All4One car seat:

You may continue to use the seat for now, even in the rear-facing position. It is safe to continue using it while you wait for replacement information, as long as hands and fingers are kept away from the recline mechanism when the seat is used rear-facing.

If your recalled car seat is already registered with Evenflo, they will contact you by mail. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed beginning January 26, 2026. Evenflo will provide affected families with an equivalent replacement car seat at no cost.

If you have not registered your All4One car seat (or if you’ve moved since you registered the car seat) and are currently using a model affected by this recall, please email parentlink@evenflo.com with “All4One Recall” in the subject line.

IMPORTANT REMINDER – Any car seat from any manufacturer can be recalled, and often the recall is announced years after the product was purchased. Mailing in the registration card or registering your product on the manufacturer’s website is essential. There are so many babies and kids riding around in recalled car seats because their parents and caregivers just have no idea. Take a moment to ensure your products are registered with the manufacturer, so you can be contacted if an issue arises in the future.

Check if any of your car seats are recalled: You can download a list of recalled car seats HERE. Please note that both the model number and the date of manufacture must fall within the recall period for your car seat to be affected by the recall.
