Is Diono Out of Business?

Is Diono out of business in the U.S.? It seems likely at this point since most of their employees were laid off in December 2024. The brand was sold to a Chinese company, TransTec Global, in early 2025, but production and shipments of new Diono seats intended for the U.S. market never resumed.
