Evenflo REO Rotating Car Seat Recall

Evenflo is issuing a voluntary recall of the REO rotating car seat sold in both the United States and Canada after finding an issue during safety testing. During crash testing, when the REO is in the forward-facing position with the headrest in the 2 highest positions, the headrest may move. The 2 highest positions are labeled 10 and 11 and those labels are located inside the seat under the cover on either side.

Until a remedy is available, you may continue to use the REO safely with the headrest using any position labeled 1-9 in forward-facing mode or 1-10 in rear-facing mode. Evenflo will notify registered owners as soon as a fix is available. If you haven’t registered your car seat yet, please do so now:

Where Can You Find Your Model Number?

Look for your model number and date of manufacture by rotating the REO away from you and lifting the headrest all the way up.
