Evenflo Revolve360 Slim Recall: Access to EPS Foam is Potential Choking Hazard

On September 30, 2025, Evenflo Issued a voluntary recall for certain models of Revolve360 Slim rotating car seats because children may be able to access the headrest foam, picking off pieces and creating a choking hazard. The recalled seats have model numbers that begin with 3681, and were manufactured between 12/01/2022 and 12/08/2024.
